In the late 1880s, the London district, Whitechapel, was terrorized by a serial killer, Jack the Ripper. Her intestines were also removed and placed over her shoulder.

Kelly’s body was found completely naked positioned to face the left side of the room. Her throat had been cut all the way to the bone. Her body was extremely mutilated, the surface of her abdomen and thighs were removed and her abdomen cavity was emptied. Her breasts had been removed and placed under her head and by her feet.
